I found the ski-in and ski-out access to be very convenient. The complimentary ski valet was steps from the hotel entrance. I appreciated the hot cocoa station near the slope..
The lack of air conditioning in the guest rooms was an issue. A fan was provided, but it was quite loud. Sleeping became difficult due to the increased noise levels.

The free shuttle service to the village was very useful. It ran every 30 minutes. I found it convenient. The rooms were quite spacious. This was the best accommodation I stayed in during my whole trip. The upper village access was super comfortable.
I did need to ask some patrons to be quiet. This happened at 11 pm and those patrons were sitting outside near the pool table. It was a small inconvenience. it was resolved quickly after I talked to them.

the hotel is located away from the city so it is quiet i used a bus that stops just outside the entrance the buses went to the village rooms were spacious. the kitchen was very well stocked for all my needs.
the staff on my last day were not very hospitable they seemed slightly annoyed when i asked a question or requested additional items my room was not fully stocked for the number of guests booked. i booked a room for a specific amount of guests however it was stocked for fewer
